Judgment
JUDGMENT When the matter is taken up for hearing today (21.09.2023), the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that they have already given a letter, dated 19.09.2023, to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
¶2It is seen from the records that the learned counsel on record has given a letter to the Registry along with the letter given by the appellant for withdrawing the appeal.
¶3Recording the same, this Appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
