Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide his Syndicate in Circulation dated 24.03.2021 and quash the same as illegal insofar as item No.11 is concerned and consequently, to direct the third respondent to revise the scale of pay of the petitioner taking into consideration of his past services in the Madurai Kamaraj University College, Madurai-2, for the period between 31.05.2001 and 17.03.2010 in the light of the order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings Memo No.Estt.II/T1/2015, dated 18.03.2015 in respect of the similarly placed persons and disburse the same along with its arrears within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
