ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent herein, now enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.327 of 2020. It appears that there is a civil transaction between the parties, regarding sale of some properties.

3.Let the above said enquiry be closed by directing or advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
