ORDER The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct Annadhanam in any knook of the land owned by the temple during the Chithira Pournami Festival celebrated on 05.05.2023 in Arulmighu Kazhani Udaiya Ayyanar @ Pannirendu Ayyanarand Sri Pathirkaaliyamman Temple at Aalapiranthan Revenue Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District on basis of the representation dated

2.Heard Mr.Ramesh Mahadev, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.In the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10692 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023, no further orders are required to be passed in the above writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the line of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10692 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
