¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor would submit that the accused/third respondent has surrendered before the concerned Court and filed an application to recall the warrant and the same was ordered on 02.08.2023.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
