ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 366,376(3) of IPC and sections 5(l),5(g) and 6 of POCSO Act in crime No.50 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein along with other accused had committed aggravated penetrative sexual assault on the minor victim girl, hence the case.

¶3Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report and also the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. CRL OP(MD). No.8231 of 2023

4.Taking into consideration the serious offence committed by the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 06.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6404 of 2023.
