ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to remove the entry of conditional attachment order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in C.E.P.No.08/2018-19, dated

28.02.2019, with regard to the petitioner's property in old Survey No.56A and 57 and New Survey in T.S.No.3, Ward-C, Block No.13, now new Sub Division in T.S.No.3/12 situated at Kodaikanal Town, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated

3.Considering the order passed in W.P(MD) No.5996 of 2019, dated 14.12.2022, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the third respondent to delete the entry of the conditional attachment order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in C.E.P.No.08/2018-19, dated 28.02.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or its production by the petitioner.
