Judgment

O R D E R This petition is filed seeking for a direction to take necessary action against the unofficial respondents as they are ex-communicating the petitioners and not allowing them to participate in rituals of Arulmigu Narasingaperumal Temple situated at Malaipatti, Nilakottai Taluk,

¶2When the matter was taken up earlier, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) was directed to submit a status report from the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of allegations levelled against the unofficial respondents by the petitioner. Accordingly, today, the report signed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul is filed, wherein, it is mentioned clearly that all the allegations levelled by the petitioners are incorrect and that the temple belonging to the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and they are no trustees and nobody appointed as Administrator and no First Honour is being given to anyone during the temple festivals and 'B' party has submitted petition before the Joint Commissioner, Dindigul, for appointment of trustee but no application is received from 'A' party.

¶3Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also filed the photographs to show that all the villagers have been attending the rituals inside the temple.

¶4In view of the above, as there is no truth in the allegations levelled by the petitioners, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
