O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 5 and 6 and consider the petitioner's representation on 12.04.2023.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted detailed enquiry with the rival parties and closed the same.
