O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.742 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

¶2Today (08.06.2023), When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Mohamed Serif, learned representing counsel on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶3In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned representing counsel on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
