28.03.2023, it did not take place due to want of bidders. Hence, the very writ petition has become infructuous.

¶3Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
