O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

¶2Learned counsel for the respondent – bank would submit that the property has been sold in November 2022 and the sale certificate has been registered and physical possession has also been handed over to the purchaser.

¶3In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
