¶2The petitioner is claiming right over the land in Survey No. 224/26 to an extent of 0.00.64 Ares and patta was also granted in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 997. The said land was assigned under the free patta scheme. Thereafter, the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. In the event that the fifth respondent removes the survey stone in future, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a complaint to the second respondent/Tahsildar, who, in turn, shall lodge a complaint with the fourth respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
