This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by third respondent.

2.On the side of the respondent police, it is submitted that the complaint filed against the petitioner has already been closed after completing the enquiry, since it is civil in nature.

3.In view of the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
