¶4The specific case of the petitioner is that the first respondent is a stranger to the dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent in O.S.No.1121 of 2018 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli. That apart, the suit is only filed for eviction and recovery of possession and therefore, there is no necessity for the Court to allow the application.
¶5I have considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Trichy.
¶6In my view, the impugned order does not call for any interference as it is intended to bring the finality to the dispute between the children of late Pathrakali Ammal namely, the parties herein.
¶7Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2018, the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, shall endeavour to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1121 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
¶8The present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
