Judgment

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the third respondent, who, according to the petitioner, is a problem maker, disturbing the social peace and harmony by creating political clash among Manapakki Village, Sivagangai District

¶2The first respondent is the District Collector and the second respondent is the Revenue Divisional Officer. They are not the jurisdictional Officers to take action for all those acts of omission and commission by the third respondent. The petitioner should take recourse in the manner known to law and in the manner approved by law and under due process of law. He cannot simply name a few officials and direct them to take action. It is also informed that the wife of the petitioner is the Panchayat President in the local area. The petitioner may also have grievances and unfortunately, the first and the second respondents are not the Officials to take action against the third respondent. This Writ Petition is misconceived and the same is dismissed without issuing notice to the third respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
