ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aide the fair and decreetal order, dated 21.04.2022, passed in I.A.No.5 of 2022 in O.S.No.92 of 2017, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani, Dindigul District.

¶2The petitioner is the plaintiff before the District Munsif Court, Palani, in O.S.No.92 of 2017. ¶3The records reveal that the plaintiff's side evidence was closed on

07.04.2021 and thereafter, the defendant's side evidence was closed on 22.02.2022. At that stage, the petitioner filed I.A.No.5 of 2022 under Section 151 of C.P.C., for re-opening the case. ¶4A reading of the impugned order indicates that the real intention of the petitioner was to prolong the longevity of the suit in O.S.No.92 of 2017, instituted by him before the District Munsif Court, Palani. There is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition. The impugned order of the learned District Munsif, Palani, Dindigul District, is well reasoned and does not warrant any interference in the hands of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed. The learned District Munsif, Palani, Dindigul District, is directed to pass final judgment and decree after hearing the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.

¶5This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with the above observation and direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
