¶2The case of the prosecution is that on

12.03.2026 at about 09.15 p.m., while the defacto complainant stand outside his house, A1's dog attempted to bite him. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner and other accused persons entered into the defacto complainant's house and abused him in filthy language and also attacked him. Hence, the case.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) fairly submits that the petitioner has no previous cases and the injured person has been discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that the investigation is pending and the offence are grave in nature. Hence, he opposes to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
