O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue the joint patta to the petitioner and other legal heirs based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2020 within the stipulated time.

¶2This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants if any, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶3In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
