This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondent to close the Petitioner's tractor loan by considering petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2020.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalat.

¶3Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
