¶2The case of the prosecution is that the enquiry officer had given complaint against the petitioner, who was working as a Clerk at A1579 Sivakasi Cooperative Whole Stores and three others for loss of Rs.9,45,248/- and Rs.4,79,329/- in the Society.

¶3Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

¶4It is reported that after the remission of the alleged loss to the Society, the surcharge proceedings have been dropped on

03.01.2018 and 27.07.2018 and the respective orders have also been annexed along with the petition.
