22.04.2023 undertaking that ready to conduct alternative date on 12.05.2023.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably in the Peace Committee Meeting that was held on 27.06.2023. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

¶3Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
