Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no.6 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the course of mediation, compromise has been reached between the parties and final report was filed before the concerned Court as 'mistake of fact'. Both parties had mutually filed divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.247 of 2023 in the file of Family Court, Dindigul and it is pending.

¶2In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
