Judgment
O R D E R ********** Heard the learned counsel on either side.
¶2The third respondent temple celebrates the annual Chithirai festival during the months of April-May. The grievance of the petitioner is that appropriate arrangements have not been made by the respondents. If the petitioner had approached this Court in time, we could have probably issued comprehensive directions. However, we take note of the concerns expressed by the petitioner and direct the respondents to make all possible arrangements with regard to conduct of the festivals in future. The respondents will have to make pucca arrangements; they have to establish sufficient number of mobile toilets and bathrooms; they have to cater to the various requirements and needs of the devotees. As regards the current festival, we can only call upon the respondents to extent themselves to the fullest, so that the devotees' needs and requirements are met to the extent possible.
¶3Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [G.R.S.,J.] [S.S.Y.,J.]
