¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a Peace Committee Meeting was conducted by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kulithalai on 27.04.2023, wherein, the petitioner and others settled the issue between them and to that effect he has also produced the letter, dated 27.04.2023, before this Court.

¶3Since the issue has already been settled between the parties, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
