This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned notice, dated 09.05.2023 issued by the respondent.

2.A perusal of the revenue records shows that the land covered in Survey No.155 has been classified as "Anadheenam". Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
