(a),4(1-A),4(1)(i) and 24 A of TNP Act in Crime No.84 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 80 numbers of TASMAC (each containing 180ml) brandy liquor bottles Hence the case.

¶3Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 13 similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner. CRL OP(MD). No.8998 of 2023

¶4Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 13 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
