ORDER Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that with regard to the representation dated 15.05.2023 given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the third respondent has given an undertaking stating that she will not disturb the petitioner and her family members any further. The same is recorded.
