PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in C.C.No.619 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.06.2023 and the requisition letter of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai

(FAC), vide letter in D.No. 805, dated 19/10/2023 and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC) has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.619 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.06.2023.

¶2Perused.

¶3The reasons stated in the letter dated 19.10.2023 is accepted and a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
