PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.290 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of IPC in Crime No.290 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 10.05.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8725 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
