Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. LENINKUMAR.T., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.S.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5020 of 2013 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1028 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

¶3Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
