¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

¶3Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties and for depositing the amount is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
