ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to issue work order to the Secretary of the Village Panchayat to carry out the sanctioned work under the MGNREG Scheme and to forbear the respondents from entrusting the work to any other private contractors.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the work order has been issued in favour of the Village Panchayat to carry out the sanctioned work under the MGNREG Scheme.

¶3Recording the above said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. NCC : Yes/No
