ORDER : The Court made the following order :-

The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2023 for the offences under sections 454 and 380 of IPC in Crime No.95 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have robbed 10 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant, hence the case.

¶3Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 15 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. CRL OP(MD). No.9348 of 2023

¶4Taking into consideration the bad antecedents of the petitioner this Court had already dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner on 27.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8040 of 2023.
