ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 108 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.199 of 2022, by the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and the matter has become infructuous.

¶4Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
