PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was already arrested and remanded to judicial custody in pursuant to the registration of Crime NO.4 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. Thereby, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
