ORDER Though notice has been served none appearance for the respondents. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws my attention to the communication bearing Na.Ka.No.94/2020 dated 23.01.2020 issued by the fourth respondent to the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the said proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
