Vishnu v. The Inspector of Police

ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.173 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent police station and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner is concerned.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Final Report is made ready.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is selected for the post of Constable in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force.

¶4After considering the nature of the offence that is committed by the petitioner, let the trial process be completed within three moths from the date of receipt of copy of this order after taking cognizance.

¶5With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
