O R D E R This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the wilfull disobedience in implementing the order passed in W.M.P.(MD)No. 19781 of 2019 in W.P.(MD)No.23032 of 2019 dated 01.11.2019 in true letter and spirit.

¶2A Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is being paid salary and the order of the Court is complied with.

¶4Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.

¶5Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
