The Secretary v. V.Sugirtha

DISPOSED OF
Court
High Court of Madras
Decided
11 December 2023
Bench
S.M. Subramaniamauthor, V. Lakshminarayanan
Case no.
WA(MD) 744/2020

Judgment

JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The Writ Appeal became unnecessary in view of the fact that the learned Single Judge merely recorded the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the appellant that the case of the respondent will be considered on the basis of the seniority. It is needless to state that the said consideration must be in accordance with law.

¶2Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
