Judgment

O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] There is no Presiding Officer in the Debts Recovery Tribunal Madurai and despite orders of this Court, the Central Government has not appointed Presiding Officer. Hence, we are not inclined to grant a positive direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, which is in charge of Madurai also. Reserving liberty to the petitioner – Bank to approach the Central Government seeking appointment of Presiding Officer for the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner – Bank is permitted to move this Court, if and when the Presiding Officer is appointed to man the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. No costs.
