Mahalingam v. The Executive Engineer

ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2It is stated that the third respondent who is none other than the wife of the petitioner is no more. The learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO informs that there is no proposal to effect any disconnection.

¶3Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
