ORDER The writ petition is filed to direct the Respondents to provide Police Protection for celebrating the Milkpot (ghy;Flk;) Arulmigu Thirukoluvoor Jaari Devasthanam Sri Athinaganatha Swamy temple, on

03.06.2023, based on the representation dated 30.05.2023

¶2On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is the President of the village. Some same community people are creating confusions and one Raman vagaiyara and trying to create the trouble for newly established Mandagapadi and prayed suitable police protection to be given for conducting the Ceremony.

¶3Heard both sides.

¶4The petitioner is directed to approach the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is hereby directed to consider the issue on the basis of the decision taken by the peace committee meeting. Thereafter, the respondents 1 to 3 can decide this issue immediately.

¶5With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
