Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SAKTHIVEL R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition (c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7598 of 2023 on the file of this Court dated 24.04.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam daily at 10.30 am., for a period of threeweeks and thereafter, as and when required.
