COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to quash the First Information Reports in Cr.Nos.3, 1 & 2 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police has filed a status report stating that after investigation, the name of the petitioner herein was removed from the final report. The copy of the status report was also served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above said development, this Court need not pass any orders. Recording the status report filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these criminal original petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
