¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.4318 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

¶3In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
