O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1159 of 2020 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli City.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that after investigation the respondent police has closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact'.

¶3In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
