ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A.5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 471, 420 r/w 120(b) I.P.C., in Crime No.16 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.In pursuance of the directions of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, has submitted a report, dated

06.07.2023, stating that the charge sheet has been filed on

22.06.2023 and the case was taken on file in C.c.No.410 of 2023 and stands posted to 05.08.2023 and that summons were ordered to be issued to the accused 1 to 7.

3.Since the learned Magistrate has ordered issuance of summons, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise at all. The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the concerned Magistrate and if required, he shall execute a bond as directed by the learned Magistrate.
