¶3The learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that he made a RTI application and received an information to the effect that the shops are yet under construction and no shops have been let out on auction.

¶4In reply to the above submission, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the record before this Court to establish that the shops were allotted to nearly 24 persons, after conducting auction. The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court paragraph No.9 of the counter affidavit filed by the fifth respondent in this regard.

¶5In the light of the above development, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted by this Court.

¶6This Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
