O R D E R The Writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents / Tahsildar, Pudukkottai Town and Taluk and Head Surveyor, attached to the said Tahsildar office, to measure the land in Survey Nos.953/10 and 953/11A at Vadvalam Village, Pudukkottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, measuring
22.50 ares and 6.00 ares, respectively. The petitioner had given an application on 28.04.2023.
¶2The patta for the said land is in the name of the petitioner herein and also her sons. It is one family property.
¶3A direction is given to the respondents, to issue notice to the petitioner and thereafter, examine the application of the petitioner and if there are no other impediments, proceed to survey the aforementioned lands. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
¶4With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
